What is an answer?

An answer is your written response to the lawsuit. It tells the court you are responding and helps keep the other side from winning just because nobody answered.

Do I need a phone call to get started?

No. The point of this site is to let you sign up online first. We only reach back out if we need more information.

What if I do not know the case number?

That is okay. Upload the summons, complaint, or anything else you have. If you know the county, include that too.

Does this work for every case?

No. This first public version is focused on Arkansas debt collection answer work. If your case is not a fit, we will tell you quickly.

What if my deadline is very close?

Send the form anyway and upload the papers right away. Tight deadlines need faster review, not more delay.
